Shop Direct feeds are in beta. Contact us to discuss your website, feed setup, pricing, and Amazon's eligibility review. Amazon must approve and allowlist your website before you can register.

After Amazon approval

Four steps to connect

After Amazon confirms that your website is eligible, VersaFeed will send you a private Shop Direct registration link. Complete the account setup on a desktop computer; Amazon estimates the process takes less than 20 minutes.

Create your login

Use the private link from VersaFeed to create your Shop Direct account with Amazon.

Add business details

Provide your business name, email, phone number, and physical address.

Verify your website

Publish the unique verification key Amazon provides at one of the specified locations on your site.

Authorize VersaFeed

Sign in to your VersaFeed account to start authorization, then approve the data sharing permissions in your Shop Direct account.

Use a separate email if needed. An email already tied to an existing Seller Central account can cause a registration error. Amazon recommends an email not already used for a third-party selling business.

For existing clients

Authorize from your VersaFeed account

Once your Shop Direct account and website verification are complete, sign in to VersaFeed to initiate the authorization flow. When Amazon asks you to sign in, use your Shop Direct account, especially if you also manage a separate Seller Central account.

Amazon will show the permissions requested by VersaFeed. Review them, select the acknowledgment checkbox, and choose Authorize. Amazon determines whether and how submitted products appear, so authorization does not guarantee traffic or sales.

Start the Shop Direct authorization flow from your VersaFeed account after your account manager confirms the connection is ready.

Before you begin

Do I need a Shop Direct account?

Yes. Amazon must first approve and allowlist your website for the beta. VersaFeed will then send the private registration link. You'll verify your website before authorizing our application.

What happens after authorization?

VersaFeed can begin sharing your catalog data with Amazon on your behalf. We'll coordinate feed setup and resolve any submission issues with you.

What products can appear?

Amazon decides whether and how to display submitted products. Shoppers may be directed to your store; eligible products may also offer Amazon's Buy for Me experience.
